In Jess’s latest column for MSN.COM  she addresses the truth of the matter – men are as complex emotional beings as their female counterparts.  However, men deal with their emotions in a much different way than women do and it is important to recognize that fact.  We get sad and scared; they get sad and scared.  Women have built up communities of support in this area of their lives; although men have their bonding rituals, being able to honestly speak about issues surrounding their self-esteem and confidence is limited to an inner monologue and that can be alienating.  Jess shares her personal experiences with the special man in her life and how he found a way to address and resolve issues around confidence and  self-esteem.
